Clive Merrison and Michael Williams star as Holmes and Watson in the fifth collection of stories from the unique fully dramatised BBC Radio 4 canon.
'The Sussex Vampire': A return to the supernatural for Holmes as he investigates the case of a baby with two small wounds on his neck and a woman with blood on her lips.
'The Three Garridebs': Only three men with the rare surname Garrideb are needed to claim an eccentric American's $15 million estate, but Holmes' suspicions are aroused when a reclusive old man is asked to leave his cluttered room for the day.
'The Problem of Thor Bridge': A single, sensational deduction stands at the heart of this excellent story of passion and unrequited love, and Holmes finds an interesting use for Watson's revolver.
'The Creeping Man': A noted professor suddenly begins acting very strangely, and when he starts scuttling about on all-fours, Holmes is asked to find an explanation.
Any additional comments?
I wonder if I'll ever give less than 5 stars for a Sherlock Holmes Bec drama. Probably not.
Buy it and enjoy as much as I do and you will go to sleep at night a very satisfied listener!

This series gets listened to over and over again - the best remedy for the boredom of the morning commute.
Vampires, Creeping Men, Jealous Ladies, & Sheer Greed; we have an extraordinary collection here which has to be amongst my favorites.
Conan Doyle had a huge & variant talent which we see at his best here. I have the full collection of these BBC Radio Sherlocks & love them all. Great productions with a fantastic cast of some of the best actors bringing to life Sherlock as know he should be.
