GREAT STORY!

Started out good & then got better. The build up to the end was steady & didn't drag on to many unneeded conversations or scenarios. The attitude of some of the cops was baffling. A woman gets the job done & they have a problem with it.

the beginning

Sick games and sicker villains. I have a love hate relationship with these stories. They pull you in and you get entranced in the sick game. I voluntarily read a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a good job bringing it to life.

Just wow

i was literally on the edge of my seat through this book. From the start to the finish, I was hooked. Can't wait to listen to the next one.
Listened to the audiobook version of this book and Tia Rider Sorensen is so dang good! I believed she was each speaker. Great story teller!

Its okay

I was given this book for free from audiobook boom and asked to leave an unbiased review for the author and narrator. I didn’t get book 0 and started with book 1, which I think is a stand alone. Although it alludes to past events it does explain them. I’m a former police officer, so listening to stories like this where all the police procedures and common sense are completely ignored drive me crazy. You hear a child calling for help when your looking for 2 abducted girls, yet you don’t call for back up??? That’s just one example. The narrator has a pleasant voice, but she is just reading the book. She makes no attempt to make a production or entertaining story of it like a lot of narrators do.

Intriguing

Great voice telling the story. I'm so interested in how it turns out. Hope there's more stories to come.
