Twin brothers: one is troubled and the other is trouble.

What sort of a twin leaves his brother, a troubled man, to deal with the impending arrival of his mail order bride? Reece threatens to pay for her return to Pennsylvania, but his father falls ill, and he needs to hire her as his father’s companion. Reece’s past haunts him and he vows to stay clear of Maggie. Will he succeed?

Rex aids a feverish woman who was put off a train in Hays. Her destination had been Colorado to meet her intended. When Rex finds a Colt .45 in her reticule, he wonders what this woman might be up to. Why would a woman riding with a mail order bride group carry a gun? Rex is repulsed when he discovers the reason.

Sweet and clean Historical Western Romance

This is the fourth book in the Mail Order Misdelivery Series, but I haven't listened to the first books in the Series. This is a sweet and clean historical western romance. This audiobook has two parts, Reece's story, and Rexton's story. The stories are well written, fast-paced, filled with twists and turns, mysteries and suspense. The narration was well done. Persephone Rose has a great voice, with a great pace, easy to listen. I enjoyed my listening. I received this free review copy audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily written this review.

Two great Historical Romances!

I listened to the audio version of these two books. Barbara Goss has helped bring me back to Historical Romance. There's a good amount of Christian thrown in with the plot. Her stories have interesting characters and plots.
Neither of these twin brothers were looking for love. The heroines basically fell into their laps and worked their way into their hearts by mistake.
I'll have to admit that I was more partial to Rex's story. It just seemed to flow a little better to me. Thanks to Ms. Goss for two more entertaining stories!

The special bond of twins

I enjoyed both stories very much. Characters were well-developed and carried over from one story to the next. Author points out how we can often be so unforgiving toward ourselves and carry guilt that Jesus doesn't intend for us to carry. I also love how she shows the special love and bond between only family and friends but especially twins. These stories also have good reminders of forgiveness and that one sin is as bad as another without being preachy. There are a lot of lessons to be learned in these two stories.

I received a free copy of this book from the author and am voluntarily leaving this review.
