There are those in the world willing to do anything for power like that. A formidable spy genetically engineered to hide in plain sight, Bellisia rarely meets a man who doesn't want to control her or kill her. But Zeke's different. yay, less sex more story

The sex in these books had gotten to be too much. This was better.

Power Game

Excellent story. I really liked both the protagonists. They were strong without being dictatorial.

The narrator did a good job, but I wish he had developed the character voices more. Sometimes it was hard to tell who was speaking. There was little difference between the men & women's voices. I wouldn't let that deter anyone from listening, though.

Hurray! The female traitor gets her deserved end!

Even though I've had enough of the swamps, Power Game was a welcome addition to the "Game Plan"! It definately and with great style, ended the hateful swath of a long time evil female who shunned her beginnings as an experimental baby girl and repeatly undermined and attacked her sisters. It also reinforced that love and family is everyone's right and kept Nonie as the beloved matriarch of the Everglades Compound. How could she not be loved with a pipe in one hand, a shotgun in the other, and being mission control from her rocking chair on the front porch? Of course we have the addition of one more "daughter" added to the extended family and another peek at the 3 precocious toddler girls who remind us of twins in the mountains and bundles of mystery on the city streets. Can't wait to see what CF will do with the babies in the future! Power Game has wrapped up some questions but now I hope we hear from some of the original Night Walkers who were supporting figures who now need their "game mate" and bring us up to speed in the mountain and city on the bay compounds! Even though the series began to lose its steam and unfamiliar characters were created center stage, This is still an all time favorite that I hope is coming back around!

Power Game

I love the heart and the emotion in each character. You feel the characters as they learn how to love and share a life never thought of.

Interesting story. Much better than the last book.

I almost didn’t read this book after the last book in the series. The last book was almost all sex with very little storyline. However, this book actually had a good storyline and had close to at least part of an ongoing subplot. I don’t want to give away details, but, it is good to know that sometimes bad guys die.

GOOD BUT NOT MY FAVORITE

I love Christine Feehan's books and this happens to be one of my favorite series, however, this one just kind of fell flat for me. I didn't feel the flow I am used to. It was a little repetitive in places. A statement would be made and a couple of paragraphs down, the same thing would be said again, sometimes using the same exact words and sometimes changed up a bit but meaning the same thing.

Now about the narration. First, I need to say that I am a HUGE Tom Stechschulte fan, that being said, I do try to give new to me or new to a series narrators a chance. Though
Mr Frangione does have a pleasant enough voice, I just felt that I was being read to and not being emersed in the story and transported into the
GhostWalker world. I listen with ear buds and all of the voices just sounded alike to me. The pitch in the women's voices, though a touch higher, sounded the same except for
the accents. My biggest issue was
with the voice and Cajun accent of Nonny. Not what I expected. I understand all narrator's have their own way of narrating, but I just wasn't liking the change after so
many books into the series. Mr Frangione had some big shoes to fill
after us having had the pleasure of Mr Stechschulte expertise. I don't know why the change was made, and I hope it wasn't due to illness or worse on Mr Stechschulte's part, and wish someone will let us know why a change was made. If this is a permanent change, I will still listen to future books, but, in my humble opinion, if it could been avoided, a change shouldn't have been made.

Power Game

Love the story and the reader was good. I wish Tom Stechschulte was the reader, he was wonderful at the different voices and accents.

Great story

Another swamp story. Love the family there, although I miss hearing about the initial characters in this series. The characters are well developed and I like them.
Feehan does repeat dialog and information in the story as if the reader has not just read that same information several times already. That’s a little weird. Overall a good addition though to the series.

SHE'S BACK... Thank goodness

If you could sum up Power Game in three words, what would they be?

amazing, entertaining and overall a great story

Have you listened to any of Jim Frangione’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

He's good but I wish they had stayed with the other guy.

Any additional comments?

I was so disappointed with Spider Game but this story brought back all the love I have for this series!!!

Very exciting, lots of action, romance & intrigue

Another great character to add to the Team & family. Very exciting enhancements & psychic abilities. Very hot sex and chemistry between the main two. Another great story by Ms Feehan, the female narration wasn’t that good. Bring back Tom Stechschulte as narrator.
