Publisher's Summary

Between life and death - there's magic.

Friends of the Midwest Pack are missing, alliances are forming between enemies whose sole intent is to destroy the pack, and a mysterious group is trying to make a power grab using any means possible. With her pack and its allies in danger, and her love life threatened by secrets, Sky doesn't think things could possibly get worse. Then the spirit shade she's hosted all her life awakens - vengeful and powerful - and uses Sky to cast a dark spell over all were-animals. If she can't find a way to reverse it, they will die.

This series just keeps getting better!

If you could sum up Moon Cursed in three words, what would they be?

What a rush!

What other book might you compare Moon Cursed to and why?

Seven series by Dannika Dark.

Did Jorjeana Marie do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

She does a great job differentiating the characters. My only complaint with her is that she reads soooo slow. I had to change my listening speed to 1.25x to make it through and that helped. Sometimes it sounds a little off since it is sped up, but it's not bad and she is a good enough narrator, that's just my only complaint.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes! There has been so much character development and so many things left unanswered.

Any additional comments?

Sky has changed so much throughout the series and I'm really appreciating her character development and growth. It's been so enjoyable following her in this series, learning how to be in a pack but still staying true to herself. The relationship developments have come so far as well and I am here for all of it and can't wait for book 6. This is a great series to get into for those who love the shifter/magical world.

Can't wait for book 6

Would you listen to Moon Cursed again? Why?

I love McKenzie Hunters writing style. I was on the edge of my seat at times while other times laughing out loud. I have enjoyed the Skylar's development as a character and coming into her own.

What other book might you compare Moon Cursed to and why?

This book reminds me of the Kate Daniel's series ( Illona Andrew) and Mercy Thompson series (Patricia Briggs).

Have you listened to any of Jorjeana Marie’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I enjoyed narrator. This is the first time I heard her as a narrator .

Page turner!!

I have fallen in love with this series! You get to see Sky and Ethan's relationship go through ups and downs. There are so many times in the book where I really didn't know what was going to happen, and could not stop listening. I highly recommend this book and the series

I’m lovin it

The story is getting more exciting and the characters are starting to feel alive.
A great cliff hanger at the end so I’m going to wait impatiently for the next instalment
