Great story...

it was a bit graphic in some areas, but it really made you dislike the villain.

I Expected Better

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

No, I thought the story line could use improving. It was too predictable and didn't grab me the way Zero Day did. I was rather disappointed. Also I thought the narration was not as good as Zero Day.

Did Ron McLarty do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

It would have been better to have a female voice for the female roles. Also, his lack of British accents for the British characters was noticeable.

Did Deliver Us from Evil inspire you to do anything?

Just to be cautious when choosing books from this author. I like some of his work but not all of it.

Any additional comments?

The amount of time spent on the violence was way too long. I fast forwarded through a lot of it because not only was it sickening but I wanted to get to the story and find out what happened next.

ditch the music

the story line was good, the narrator was good but the sound effects/music was bad. I kept thinking something was wrong with my car as I listen when I'm driving in my car. I found the sound effects/ music was making me dislike the book .

Deliver us from evil indeed!!

So much evil and violence! But as always Baldacci keeps you riveted until the end. I'm sure evil like this does exist in the world but it is sad to think that there are people out there that are so vicious. I just hope the author doesn't give them more ideas. I think I need something lighter for my next book. Too much violence for me!

Difficult to listen to....

I really enjoy David Baldacci, but this book was very difficult to listen to. A little too much violence and some parts too graphic for me, had to skip a bit to get through it.

classic Baldacci formula

i enjoyed it. really a lot of twists & turns. a bit contrived that shaw survives again. Pascal came out of left field.

I am an avid reader and listener of Audible Books. I can truly say without hesitation that this combination of David Baldacci and Ron McLarty is my favorite of them all. They are first rate in my book. I’m sure you will agree, once you read this one of their many more: “Deliver Us From Evil”. This one is yet another of their must read thrillers.

Kept My Attention

Will read another Shaw story.....I dont care for the Reggie character though. Frank is great.
