While out trying to talk to Dylan he finds a body. With the town cop a drunk who is she going to call? Her ex partner?
If you love mystery this is your new favorite book. It's amazing, the characters are funny and totally awesome. The story pulled me in fast and held my attention
I adored this mystery with all its twist and turns.

great stort but im ready for cookie to just choose her man already. lets stop dragging thia out. the narrator changed her voices for the characters this time and not as enjoyable.

Cookie doesn't like being estranged from Dylan, the best-looking handyman ever. She's determined to fix it. Something, usually a dead someone, always seems to get between them just when things start to heat up. No exception this time. With the lack of experienced policing, she's at it again. She and her ex--partner. Dylan isn't going to be happy to see her working with Hunter again.
Between solving the murder and trying to figure out how she feels about two men, Cookie is busy. That's not counting her BFF and hippy mom's interference. The Who-Done-It hits close this time. Can they find the culprit? If she does will she live through it? She's gonna need to make her mind up about one of those guys so he can keep her warm. Will she?

Another Secret Seal Isle experience. The characters are still being characters. The men are still hot and the little town just lost another resident. Lucky you get to Listen and enjoy. The Narration is perfect for these characters and the storyline one that will keep you listening to the end.

Great Mystery!

This is a great book; this is the fourth book in the Secret Seal Isle Mystery series written by Lucy Quinn and narrated by Traci Odom. This is a great series, the book can be read as a standalone because it has its own mystery but once you listen to this one you will want to go back and get the other books in this series. Decisions, decisions

I had read this book before I listened to it and the narrator added a lot. The story was good, the mystery had me guessing, and Cookie's decision making time is coming to a head, which makes me happy. Fun story.

Loved the narration!!!

This is the fourth book in a very successful series so I don't want to cast too many dispersions on the listen. I did take issue with some of the police procedure though. I mean, in what universe will you tell your partner that you are going to meet them somewhere, not give them the address, and said partner will go to several different points to find the address and not just text his partner??!! Ugh.

Even with all that, the narration was stellar, absolutely stellar. I loved Traci Odom! Her male and female voices were incredible. She set the stage very, very well. I tip my imaginary hat to any female that delivers a great male voice. Odom delivered three!
