Reading was flat and mechanical

Liked the story, but the recording was flat and mechanical. Tried listening at different speeds, but didn’t help.

great story and performance

I loved this book. I thought the storyline was intriguing and thrilling. The narrator did an excellent job, it was believable and we'll done.

Such a good story and Kate Rudd is officially my new narrator. She made this story even more engrossing- I literally ended up walking 10 miles today just because I couldn’t stop listening. Already looking forward to the second book in the series and already bummed there’s only 6 in all. Lizzy Gardner is officially my new favorite protagonist. I usually take time out to only review books I think are awful but this one deserves the effort to give it a huge thumbs up! Thank you for the great listen!

loved it, interesting throughout the reading. narrator did well. Great detective story line. Will recommend

Creepy, unsettling thriller

A fast-paced thrill ride that reads like Dean Koontz's Intensity. The villian is nasty and practically omnipresent. Lock your doors and pull down the shades when you read this.

Couldn’t stop listening

I finished this book in 3 days! I thought the plot build up smooth and the author didn’t drag anything out. Great listen, for sure recommend.

What a RIDE!

I enjoyed this book immensely. The narration by Kate Rudd was excellent. She gave each character a voice that fit them perfectly. Her serial killer voice gave me goosebumps. Especially when I made the mistake of listening in my bed in the dark, alone. The storyline was excellent and trickled each characters personal angst and fears in a methodical fashion. I enjoyed every minute of it and look forward to more. I can't wait for the next installment of T.R. Ragan's Lizzy Gardener
and her team. My only problem had to do with the book only downloading in one part leaving me hanging at chapter 13, but I called Audible and was assisted by a nice tech who talked me through downloading both parts. It was my Christmas gift to myself and I plan to read it again. Thanks for the Ride.

Great book

Page turner! Well written and the narrator was great! A must read for anyone with the love of suspense!! Loved it

Just ok.

I'm not sure if it's the way it is written or the narration, but much of the dialog sounds very robotic. Overall a good story but maybe a better read than a listen.
