The audiobook edition of My Overdue Book: Too Many Stories Not to Tell was edited, produced, and voiced by me, Peter Bright, the author. It is my autobiography featuring revealing stories from my 40-plus years of working face-to-face with many of the biggest personalities of TV, film, and stage.

My varied episodes in life are brimming with vitality, humor, solid thought, and pure enjoyment. My career in radio got interrupted by the military draft. I wound up being a US Army combat infantryman in Vietnam. Managing to survive the horrors of war, I returned to my radio career, which after a few years advanced into decades of Hollywood TV productions, working directly with names like Sinatra, Stevie Wonder, Madonna, Sting, and productions with titles such as Maude; Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman; the Academy Awards; and the Grammys. The NFL, NBA, and NCAA broadcasts are mixed in, too, just for fun.

Many stories about it all...that are personal, professional, positive, and negative. It’s life without a filter!
