Love this book and writer. Really wish she would’ve write some more. Or make it a movie

Good listen

The voices were very hard to make but after I got past this, the book got better. the girl sounded like a man

Totally Shocked

First of all, I didn't enjoy the characters, they were stereotypical of what people think of black folks and I just couldn't get with it. I was trying to swallow and get into it but it was frustrating and beyond soap opera than the ending "blank". Is it another book or did I miss something, I just do not have else to say.

Good read

Okay so I'm guessing there is a part 2 to this considering the ending. I was pleasantly surprised by the multiple stories told and the plot twists were not necessarily predictable. Good book

Horrible narrator 🙄

This could have been so much new if the narrator was better. I almost called and asked for a refund. It was hard to follow. I was glad when it ended. 🙄

Girllll!

So I had an extra credit to use before I postponed my account. I scanned through some titles and chose this one. Once I started I listened straight through with no breaks, no sleep. I decided to suffer tomorrow with lack of sleep because I was caught up deep. I LOVED it.

I enjoyed the storyline. I’m wanting more. I’ll be looking for part 2 of it.

Such twists and turns. Can't believe how fate emerged and erupted the lives of the characters like a volcano spewing

Good

The book was sooooooo good but the narrator didn't bring it like she should. Narrators can make or break a book. I still want to see what happens and will be purchasing Book 2.
