Great book by an incredible genius very well read

This book was a joy to listen too and felt like Nikola Tesla was reading it to me personally. Everything I had learned about Tesla before was brought out in his autobiography in a most personal and meaningful way. He talked about his childhood, the influence of his mother, his psychological quirks; obsession with 3’s, fear of pierced ears and caring for pigeons, in ways that were very revealing but also matter of fact. It was also concise, fascinating and quick moving. He was an incredible genius. He concieved, analyzed and documented an amazing number of inventions including radio to robots, automatons with what is now called artificial intelligence and of course Alternating Current with its Brushless Induction Motor. Hence the electric car. Hence Tesla. I gained a whole new appreciation for why Elon Musk gave or retained the name Tesla for his electric cars as what I now see as long overdue credit. Nikola Tesla was a tinker, a thinker and an inventor but if all lacking it might have been in his business savvy. Thomas Edison is the name we all know and celebrate but Tesla actually gave us the modern world. This book is also overlooked as far as I can tell because I’m the first one to review it. Please, if you see this, buy this. You will not be disappointed.
