How AI and Continuous Glucose Monitoring helped me become ‘undiabetic’ in 11 days

"My AI Diabetes Coach" is a book I never intended to write. It began as a health experiment. In Fall of 2023, an A1c score of 6.6% put me squarely in the diabetic range. On a whim, I began feeding Gemini information about what I was doing, asking questions, and soliciting advice on things I might try next. The ensuing conversation was unlike anything I could have imagined having with my doctor. And the results were beyond my wildest hopes. It was a story I needed to share.
