Meh

I'm not impressed with this cozy paranormal mystery. The story isn't very interesting and neither or the characters. I did manage to finish the book, but, probably won't get the next one.

Cute Witchy Story.

This was a fun cute story. I enjoyed it. I little relief from the serial killer, murder mysteries I have been reading lately. Even though this was a murder mystery, it was a light fun read.

The story line was good, it did take a while to get into the characters and it is written in the first person which did cause a bit of filler internal thoughts that were kind of unnecessary and sometimes annoying. But it was still a fun little read/listen.

As for the narration, it was good. Amanda Ronconi did a good job on the male voices and her reading voice is good. She reads with emotion as called for.

Interesting book I think I will be listening to more of Danielle Garrett’s books to see what becomes of her and Adam.

Well developed

Her research for the paranormal was well developed. I believe that it appears to be very real. Many authors cannot develop the witchcraft angle as effectively as she has done.

Good listen

New to me author and narrator. Good story with some interesting twists. I was surprised by the storyline and pleasantly so. I like Holly’s wit and bit of sass. The characters are warm and funny. Looking forward to the next book.

The narrator has a good range of voices and read with a nice tempo. I’ll listen to her again.

It's such a cozy-supernatural book!

It's such a sweet book, very cute, the narrator is wonderful - she giggles and laughs when the line calls for it and it's so natural and perfect. The book has lovely details but they're not redundant.

Very Engaging

I Love this series. Amanda Ronconi does a fantastic narration, changes her voice to match the characters, a very strong actress in my opinion.
Danielle Garrett brings it with this clean murder mystery. She makes it fun.

I really enjoyed reading this story. The characters are fun and interesting. I like how the main character has a secret. Love the house in which Holly rents a room. Love how Holly helps solve a murder.

Danielle Garrett is the best!

I love this series so much! I have read the whole series and wanted it on audio book also. The story is a perfect mix of mystery, friendship & laughs. Absolutely love this book!
