They're also quick to guess that they're in over their heads after the woman is found dead beside the body of a Greek fortune teller - and a fellow Sentinel gets attacked. Light (not so cozy) murder mystery

This is my first Janet Finsilver series and I really enjoyed this light murder mystery. It has a lot of different characters that melt together very nicely. I also like how many of the situations are closer to real life - bravo on the character building.
The only thing that bugged me about this series is that our main female character, Kelly is apparently a black belt but whenever she gets in a pickle she rarely, if ever, shows these skills which are not easily forgotten.
Otherwise I really enjoyed this escape.

The Bed and Breakfast we all want to visit 4/5

Well what else can happen to Kelly. Well she is not the manager of Red Cove's Bed and Breakfast. She comes back from a visit to her parents, driving a horse trailer full of her things. She is coming to her new home--where she wants to make her future and plant her roots.
With the aggravation caused from a fortune tellers reading and the death of a local tea reader / herbalist, the game is a foot. Kelly, now part of the sleuthing group “The Silver Sentinels,” is investigating what they feel is fishy--someone has to do it.
Hard to tell who the villain is with all of the choices available. Lots of fun--great story.

Great story--Great Narration
Well worth the credit

A Very Good Cozy

The third book in the series, and it certainly didn’t disappoint. The story of a double homicide, that once again was solved by Kelli and the Silver Centennials.
The story is an excellent Cozy Mystery, and the Narration by Reba Buhr was excellent as well. ,

Enjoining the series…

There are the usual dumb moments…
like keep going into places alone🤷🏻‍♀️
But this is a trend in cozy mystery?!
I like the main and secondary characters and the relationships forming … hoping Daniel can find someone too & the mysteries are more than 1 dimensional so they make it interesting… so I will continue on….

I enjoyed this book.

There was a LOT of things going on in this book. The problem was that I had a hard time staying focused and so spent more time backing up and re-listening. The best part were the family and cultural details and friend interactions.
