Publisher's summary

Everyone thinks their dog is special. But special enough for someone to commit murder?

Dog show judge Deidre Rogers had enemies - a lot of enemies - and someone hated her enough to kill her. And it wasn’t only the dog show people who hated her.

When a woman’s as rich as Deidre and feels entitled to have whatever she wants, including other women’s husbands, it’s not surprising she had a long list of people who would like to see her dead.

When Marty begins to investigate her murder, she finds a trail of people with motives ranging from revenge to greed, not to mention bruised egos.

Don’t miss this cozy mystery thriller from a USA Today best-selling author and Amazon all-star. This is the 11th book in the High Desert Cozy Mystery Series.

Didn't Really End

It leaves you hanging...but gives you recipes. Narration was good but the ending seemed rushed and didn't gel with time invested in the characters.

Excellent

Some woukd say Deirdre had it all, married to an older man, was rich beyond belief. Evey one seemed to hate her. The only quality she had was her love for dogs. Someone took a step durther and killed her, was it personal or because she was a judge for dog shows. Good plot, and narration by Robin added to the story. Given audio for my voluntary review

Murder at the Dog Show

Marty has a job to inventory a woman's treasures and she learns from friends that the woman, Deidre, is rich and nasty. So with some trepidation she goes to her appointment and discovers that her friends and their rumors are totally correct. This woman is also in charge of the local dog shows and uses her position and her wealth to get what she wants and to take revenge on those who she feels deserves it. Then at the next dog show she's killed. Marty's detective husband handles the job but there are too many suspects that the deceased had antagonized. Marty's sister, who has the second sight, gives her clues that she sees in her dreams. Will that be enough to find the person responsible?
Robin Siegerman brings the characters to live.
The story will enthrall you. Fantastic story and audio
