Great book for starting your real estate
It's very organized, has clear examples and simple language. Walks you through everything you need to know to close on your first deal. Practical experience will never be replaced by a book but you will avoid many mistakes in real estate when you pay attention listening through it.

Great for beginners
This book walks you through literally every step of the process from finding properties to selling them. There are some helpful links though, which led me to good articles where I was able to get more info. I think this is a good starter pamphlet and informative considering its very short length.

I highly recommend this book.
