Full of info but too focused on tech

I was expecting a deep dive into the history and philosophy of Muay Thai but the ebook is focused mainly on movements, stances, strikes and blocks which is very hard to visualise without images or video references (it's an audiobook).
Technically the book is rich of information but lacking of an interesting storyline.

Super Basic

Not bad if you've never heard of Muay Thai. However, if you were looking for something more than the very, very, very fundamentals of striking, than this is not the book for you.

well written and narrated beginners guide to muay Thai. mostly technical information and drills, little history of the art which would have been nice.

Terrible

Sorry guys but as an audiobook, this is a horrible read. Way too much terminology and exercise prescription to make sense of. Narration also lacks enthusiasm.
i love Muaythai but yeah, as an audiobook this is horrible.
