This was on hot OTT book and Heather Firth and Gabriel Thorne did a fantastic job with Kennedy and Declan! Kennedy's life just keeps getting back to worse but she never expected that a wildfire would bring her a chance to be free with the man of her dreams. Declan knows that the has found his person as soon as he lays on Kennedy. Declan is willing to anything and everything to keep Kennedy with him. I really enjoyed this OTT insta-love DV romance and I would recommend it and Ms. Olivia as a wonderful author.

Mountain Man and the Convict

Kennedy is a convict, she was innocent but got over 30 years, she and some other inmates have been brought to the mountainside to help fight a forest fire. She hears some birds, goes to rescue them and gets trapped by the fire. The big mountain man comes thru the fires and sweeps her out of danger.

Declan lives on the mountain, he has enough money to keep him in comfort for the rest of his life. He expected to be alone until the end of his days, when he hears a scream for help he runs to assist. Declan had no idea his life was about to change, she is what he was missing from his life. She maybe in a prison jumpsuit, but she will not be going back.

In typical OTT fashion, this mountain meets his one and does everything needed to keep her. If you have read her other books, you will not be disappointed.

Interesting/different beginning

Normally the beginning is the woman gets lost in the woods and somehow stumbles upon the guy's cabin. How these two meet is so interesting and different I just loved it. Even without this free copy I would suggest this story if you love a good instalove story.

great story

wowsa this audiobook was so good and I absolutely love the storyline but wasn't impressed with the narrator's voices.

Rescue Me

This one started with a blaze of glory and ended with the knowledge that promises made and kept are everlasting. There were parts that I shook my head over, but hey, you gotta take love where you can find it.
The narrators really did a fabulous job. I enjoyed the dual point of views.

Fiery heat!

Story review: Fiery hot story that leaves you burning hotter than the fire blazing up the mountainside. Kennedy is a wrongly convicted young woman who volunteers to be a part of the convict unit fighting a blazing wildfire and just as she's beginning to figure out her firefighting skills, her H comes to the rescue. Declan is trying to save his remote home from the threatening wildfire, but that's not all that's blazing. It's instalove for Declan when he finds Kennedy and he's willing to do whatever it takes to make her his forever and keep her from being returned to prison. Mountain Man Rescued is a scorching, hot blast of passion and delivers a burning good time!

Audio review: Narrators were fine, though since I've read this story before the voices just didn’t feel right with how I perceive the characters should sound - I wanted a deeper male voice for Declan and a more feminine voice for Kennedy. As always, I just don't care for a male narrator trying to do a female voice and vice versa. I'd rather a narrator just stick with one voice - I don't switch back and forth with gender voices when I read, and I honestly just find it annoying.

Declan and Kennedy

This was such a sweet but clearly OTT Instalove story. You want realism take a hike this is pure ridiculous sweet and romantic smut 🤣😉 Kennedy is falsely convicted and now has to fight a. Huge Forrest fire without real training and knowledge. There she gets saved by Declan. As soon as he sees Kennedy he is obsessed.and nothing and nobody can stop him from getting and claiming his woman. Instalove, sweet ,romantic ,steamy and safe with a sweet HEA 😍😍😍😍
I loved this audiobook and the dual narration. Made it more enjoyable and worked better with the story👍👍👍

Another good story in this series

The fifth book in the Mounting Mountain Men series. Kennedy is in jail for something she did not do, she has been sent to fight a fire with no training. Saving birds she gets caught in a ring of fire when Declan saves her. A good story and talking book. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Dirty!

Wow this is one fast and dirty story! Be careful where you listen to this and be prepared for your panties to be WET! Kinda weird but so good.
