This is what I needed to hear. I will listen to this again. This is a great title on a road to mastery of knowledge of self.

It's great

This book is jam packed with useful information. I have all the tools now to make some much needed changes. I had read another book on self-discipline and I found it overwhelming and too complicated.

Be motivated

It's helpful and motivated me to success to reach in my goal. Self discipline operations are great and easy to follow.

Nice military tips

I personally love the narration.

omg the narrator's voice and inflections.

the narrator sounds nasally and the inflections forced. I could barely make it past the intro. I just cant the subject matter sounded good sound but the narrative omg sucked.
