It's just not a good book

It repeats and it's annoying. Originally downloaded for peace, gained more anxiety. Don't waste money.

20 min affirmation session with varied backgrounds

Narrator: The performance is somewhat limited because (after all) this is a set of recorded affirmations; however, the narrator speaks them in a positive and authoritative way that is easy to listen to.

Story:
Each chapter is a set of affirmations (the same affirmations) set to different natural background noises. If you are looking for variety, I recommend another book. if you are looking for a simple, basic set of affirmations that you can relate to with varying background noises, this is perfect for you.

I like the affirmations, but typically find I listen to the same chapter each time I listen because I find some backgrounds more soothing than others. The Ocean, Crickets, Waterfall, and Birds are most soothing. The Fire is a little disconcerting and the Lake ripple is just a bit busy for my taste.
