Moonshiner's Honor

When Frank Jamison was released from prison three years ago in 1924, he wasn’t sure if he’d ever make moonshine whiskey again. He’d been sent up for possession of intoxicating liquors, being made an example of for all to see. Then his old customers came calling. Frank knew there was money to be made, and besides that, he had moonshining in his blood.
Now, he and his son, Raymond, try to eke out an honest living by cutting timber and continuing on with the family tradition of making backwoods spirits. When word spreads Frank is once again making his legendary whiskey, another local moonshining family, led by matriarch Edith Bartlett, along with her sons, feel that Frank is taking away their customers and ultimately cutting in on their own family profit. When Edith’s middle son, Jesse, decides to take matters into his own hands, he’s determined to create havoc for not only the Jamison family, but for anyone who gets in his way.
Moonshiner’s Honor is a story about family, freedom, tradition, loyalty, betrayal, power, and greed.
