In a realm where anything can happen, no one is safe.
Following the events of Heart of Darkness, Misty wakes to find herself in a place that defies all rational explanation. Broken pieces of buildings ripped from countless worlds float over an infinite void, and terrible creatures unlike any she has ever known stalk the lone street of this predatory realm. This is Nowhere, a place where all the things that slip through the cracks in reality end up, and now it’s up to her to do what none have done before her and find a way out. Along the way, she will face horrors unimaginable, all in the name of returning home to those that she loves and all while discovering her own budding feelings for one dog who accompanies her through the perils of Nowhere. However, Nowhere isn’t going to let her leave that easily, and she may soon discover that there is more to this place than she could have ever imagined, secrets that may forever change how she views the world she left.
This story picks up where The Dogs of the Spires: The Original Series and A Master’s Guide to the Spires: Volume One end, allowing the readers to join Misty on her journey through a strange afterlife, all while shedding light on many of the underlying mysteries of the grander universe beyond the Spires.
Be warned, for here there will be dinosaurs, marshmallows, giant bugs, poor fashion choices, a very fast car, far too much canned tuna, and at least one gloriously flamboyant canine in a golden crop top.
Note: This book is composed of the compiled first season of Misty and Vernin in Nowhere, originally available only on Kindle Vella. The second season will also begin on Kindle Vella before its eventual release once it has been completed.
