Publisher's summary

Mary O'Reilly is no stranger to strange things going on, especially in the supernatural realm. But when missing persons and computer glitches mix, she turns to local expert Gini Case to help a girl out. Gini knows her way around the cyber world, and it's a good thing, because young Bobbie has gone missing, and the only clue to her disappearance is buried in the girl's hard drive. Bobbie is a hacker in her own right, and left a trail only a cyber mouse could follow. Enter Gini. With Mary on her side, the women race against the clock to hunt Bobbie down before her ghostly messages mean more than some funky malware.

This is a fan-fiction novella based in the Mary O'Reilly Paranormal Mystery World. Forward by the author and creator of the Mary O'Reilly World, Terri Reid.

Cloyingly sweet

The whispery narration matched the tone of this book, like a teacher telling a story in kindergarten. Instead of writing scenes with emotional punch, the author just has everyone tearing up to signify drama. The detective, grandma, even the teenage boy all tear up, sometimes over and over again.
