Story
Based on Jane Austen’s classic novel, Pride and Prejudice, Mr. Darcy’s arrogance and pride are equally matched by Miss Elizabeth’s prejudice. While Mr. Darcy hesitates to speak, his cousin, Colonel Fitzwilliam, quite against his canon character, blurts his thought in the most inconvenient manner, adding to Darcy's distress. In this fast-paced novella set in regency England, can they both overcome strongly entrenched personalities and the attempts to matchmake by the colonel to discover peace and happiness? Of course they can. This is Mr. Darcy and his Elizabeth, he hopes.

Story
Mr. Fitzwilliam Darcy arrived in Hertfordshire with his sister’s words ringing in his ears. “You have a heart of stone.” He had no reason to doubt Georgiana Darcy. Or so he thought - until he met Miss Elizabeth Bennet. Each time he was in her company, Miss Elizabeth’s impertinence chipped away at Darcy with her wit and kindness. By the time autumn turned into winter, he was captivated. In the springtime, Darcy felt stirrings of love. By summer, he would do whatever it took to convince her he was a worthy gentleman with a warm heart brimming with tender affection.

Story
In this fast-paced novella set in regency England, Mr. Fitzwilliam Darcy has competition for the hand of the only woman he will ever love. Making a poor first impression, he had no idea how far out of the hole he needed to dig himself until she could view him as anything other than arrogant and unworthy. Miss Elizabeth Bennet loathed Mr. Darcy. His selfish disdain for the feelings of others, including herself, made him the last man on earth she would ever marry. Of course, she felt the same about his competition. Will Darcy and Elizabeth ever obtain the happily-ever-after they desire?

Adorable
What a cute story. Little Thomas is so precious and how taking an instant liking towards Darcy is so funny. The way the baby helps them to become closer makes a very entertaining story. I enjoyed Darcy adjusting his opinion of the Bennet's and Elizabeth seeing Darcy in different light.
Stevie Zimmerman ' s narration was superb as usual. I always enjoy her version of Mrs Bennett and Caroline Bingley. I must add an adorable toddler to my list of my favorite characters.
Highly recommended.
