Of course, I figured this was going to be great, I just didn't know how great. The author really put together a practical, informative guide for us to delve deeper or not. Great information and guidance without forcing an opinion.

Loving this book and recommending to my own nutrition clients! I had already been moving to a more realistic approach with them, and this just cemented what I felt in my gut---gone are the days when I am willing to put someone on an entire life overhaul regimen...only to see them "fail" and "fall off the wagon" later for not being perfect.

This shows the usual diets as the sham that they are and offers habits you can adopt for a lifetime. Time will tell if it works, seems you still need a bit of motivation to change your habits. But, it makes total sense and I have hope.

Great to have this book

this book I have been able to go from very sedentary to working out before work every weekday!!! My mini goals of: Putting my work clothes in my car for the next day as soon as I get home, laying out workout clothes before bed, and driving to the gym parking lot each morning have led to a breakthrough for me.
