Definitely a must read!

I️ came across Jamie’s Instagram a few weeks ago. Watched a few of his story’s on there. Last night November 22nd he posted on his story “have you read my book” I️ looked it up and listen to the sample audiobook and decided to buy I️t. Less than a day later I finished I️t. I️ plan to listen to I️t a few more times. I️t was a great book and I️ could relate to just about everything in it. I️ highly recommend I️t!

Great book. Really helped. 😁👍

As a personal trainer mindset is very important and we all struggle to stay focused at times or have difficulty seeing what we need to do because of other things we put in our own way. This book helps to learn how to clear your head, take things one step at a time and manage life in an easier way. I like how Jay breaks things down and explains things so they're easier to understand. Thanks mate. 😁👍
