This is a fantastic little book

This is a fantastic little book on mindfulness and self reflection. I can imagine listening it over and over again. Good message even for those who don't want to learn how to meditate. It's really a universal rumination on self-awareness.

Must listen!!

I wasn't able to naturally convert reading and enjoying this book into a mindfulness practice, but I think that's more about me than about the book.
