A great and simple practice

A great and simple practice for cultivating the awareness that is who you already are. A crisp, clean description of the practice and beautiful guided meditations that focus on objects and simple pure awareness. It really reminded me that the point of meditation is to recognize the pure awareness and to just be that fully and compassionately.

Terrible narrator, no guided meditations

Monotonous narrator.
This is the background to mindfulness rather than guided meditations. Didn't enjoy at all.

make meditation a habit

Stilling the mind and not feeling fidgety during meditation takes time and practice. I live far from the nearest meditation/yoga studio so I use this instead. Instead of making excuses for why I don't meditate because it's too far/I don't have time, etc. I just use this in the morning and make meditation a habit.
