WELL WORTH LISTENING

This book is very clearly written and easy to understand. It has the best explanation of mindfulness I've ever listen. He really makes you want to try mindfulness and makes it easy to try and not to be scared of. Highly recommend this book - best book on Mindfulness.

Pleasant Book!

This should serve as a useful and interesting introduction for anyone, like myself, who is interested in looking at the subject of mindfulness. Perhaps not sufficient as a practice guide, but a useful starter.
