Superb foundation

is passionate and sounds as though he really cares that we ‘get it’ whilst being reassuring if we don’t. He suggests plenty of practical and accessible ways of developing mindfulness. This is a superb foundation which can lead on to more esoteric guides and methods.

Incredible meditation mix

This has everything I was looking for when it comes to a meditation bundle. It's easy, many of the meditations are short and the narration is very, very smooth. Excellent bargain for a credit.

The best of its kind

I'm impressed with the ease of use of this audiobook, and the whole thing is useful. No filler info, no useless chapters. Everything is practical and I love it.

Very useful

This book in a part preliminary to the exercises, presents a very useful, understandable and accessible discussion of mindfulness in its various aspects. I have gone back and re-listen that part a few times.

Best meditation collection

This is my favorite meditation collection out there. love the narration, music, easy meditations. doesn't take long to do and i'm meditating so much more now. bringing a lot of inner peace for me.
