not until chapter 9

so, if i wanted a book that talked about the meaning of mindfullness, this is it

now how about a routine for children starting from chapter 1 not starting at chapter 9, and then talk about very basic methods.

My kids love it and ask for it weekly! the journey is nice and I really like that there are three on this track so it helps them on harder nights too

This is so good

I bought this book for my daughter when I realized that the app played all night or until I turn it off. These are three individual stories that help my daughter relax and sleep when she's wired at bedtime. We probably listen 4 times a week. I always end up asleep too.

Just as you relax an alarm like sound starts and relaxing at all.very good book The narrator's voice was soothing and the stories relaxed me. The book truly delivers restful sleep...A hypnotic lullaby

Great for relaxing a busy mind

I play this audio for my 5-year-old boy as soon as he goes to bed. Before a chapter is half over, he is always sound asleep. Works wonders for my boy.

Help your kiddo relax

I am a pediatric physical therapist. This book is well written and easy to follow. Even though there are age recommendations on the activities, all of these activities could be altered to suit any age child (or adult!).

I would say amazing

It used to take me over 2 hours to go to sleep but I told my friend about it and she said well listen to this book and it will help you to get to sleep so I tried it and I got to bed before the magic began if I could describe it in one word I would say amazing

Beautiful

The meditations are read so beautifully that I also enjoy listening to them with my daughter. A great little audiobook for active children that need help winding down.

Rubbish

Loads of talking for parents. I expected meditation exercises for children, I was wrong. The other reviews must be bought. Money wasted on this.

Not for kids

Overview of mindfulness for kids rather than a practical usable guided mindfulness exercises.
Very theoretical and not what I was after
