Uncovering Mindfulness

My favorite sentence in the whole book is the art of mindfulness uncovered-a practice that does not need to change what is, but rather to experience it fully, with kindness and without judgment.
I really found that this book was enlightening and integral to improving my quality of life. It was perfect in explaining what it is, how to achieve it, and how to combat the overflow of distractions in your daily life. I really love how the book delves into the whole self when engaging in mindfulness. Developing and implementing the daily routines of mindfulness has been the most invaluable takeaway from this book.

Mindfulness Uncovered


Mindfulness Uncovered is an addition to confirming that I am moving in the right path to continued practice of prayer and meditation day and night. Yes, it covers all aspects of maneuvering through life to which is definitely a must. I have to say the shortness of the book and still maintaining depth is what held my attention the most. I truly enjoyed reading it. “The Sound of Silence,”, attempting to attain and master it for a year in the midst of chaotic chaos, mind body and spirit, using mindfulness, to which this book speaks volumes. Thank you.

Mindfulness is Within Reach

"Mindfulness Uncovered" is an easy read and gets to the heart of being mindful. It explains things thoroughly and the chapter on dealing with distractions is very helpful. The book guides you every step of the way and would be a great companion on this journey. Highly recommend!

Easy to read, understand and apply.

I have read many different books, magazines and internet sources to learn more about mindfulness. This book is definitely an awesome resource for anyone new to mindfulness or looking to expand or refreshen their practice. The book was easy to read and follow. As a new first time mom, I don’t have a ton of time to myself. This book was very easy to listen to whenever I had a few spare minutes. The ideas helped me to find ways to fit mindfulness into my busy, unpredictable life. The voice reading the book was very soothing.
