This is a fantastic book on mindfulness.

This is a fantastic book on mindfulness and self-reflection. I recommend this to anyone who has problems similar to mine. Learning these techniques will help a lot in recovery. I will need to continue to take medications. With the combination of medication and learning to meditate, I am able to cope with the everyday symptoms of my illnesses. If you are interested in learning about meditation and mindfulness, this is the book for you.

Would recommend it to anyone from any belief.

learning how to focus on mindfulness .

I am only half way through but I am impressed with his emphasize on living a quality life along with learning how to focus on mindfulness . He does not make meditation a quick and easy stress relief .

This book is absolutely amazing book!

This book is absolutely amazing and I take it with me everywhere! It's a great reminder of the basics of mindfulness and the mini guides are very helpful.
