Satisfied

This is an incredible book about meditation in general and a new way of seeing the world as it is not as a construction of your self. I recommend this listen to everyone who is like me always anxious for no reason, like the world is about to end at any instant.

my favorite go to for mindfulness

This is a great introduction to mindfulness meditation. It teaches you how to do diaphragmatic breathing in order to have a better meditation. The practices for mindful meditation are short and varied for just about anything you do in life. They are very practical, easy to understand, and yet challenging.

Extremely Good

Mindfulness is being ready for change. For most people, being able to attain mindfulness, practicing meditation all the time is necessary. But why? Meditation is concentrating on one point, and when we focus constantly on one thing, we are being mindful. This book really help be understand how I can find inner freedom, peace and happiness.

Good info

The book was well written and well read, but at times I felt like it was a superiority it's tone and it's teaching. However, it does cover The concept of mindfulness extremely well and very thoroughly. My sense is that I will continue to get a lot out of this book as I practice my meditation over the years.

Great Information

This book is excellent. Whether you are just starting to practice mindfulness or have been doing mindfulness for decades, you will LOVE this book. It explains the concept of mindfulness and gives you lots of different ways to be mindful in your life. I definitely recommend this book!

Helpful and Extremely Clear!

This book is especially nice on audible because all the meditations are at the end. I am glad I invested in this. It's something that I will go back to for a long time.

This book covers all the basic topics about the Mindfulness for beginners. The thing I liked is the writing style and language is very understandable. Nothing complicated or very technical. I would recommend it to everyone seeking basic guidance.

The most rewarding

I am a mediator myself and I really loved the reminder to practice engaged mindfulness. The whole section on working with mindfulness in daily life was so helpful for reminding me to stay grounded while I am going about my every day tasks.
