Great Guide for Starting Out

I was provided this free review copy audio book by the author or narrator." This review is for the audio copy of Mindfulness: A Practical Guide to Reclaiming the Present, Finding Inner Peace and Awakening by Jeffrey Holloway and narrated by Capt. Kevin F. Spalding USNR-Ret. I obtained this book to rekindle my ability to meditate. I didn’t know anything about the book prior to listening to it. It provided the basis for why it is essential to meditate, some background about the practice and some basic methods to start with to get it going. This will be helpful to me to get me back on track. The Narrator did a good job of reading it. It was easy to understand and his inflection, cadence, timbre made it easy to listen to. I recommend this book and narrator.

Mindfulness

A excellent and jam packed explanation of mindfulness. It explains what mindfulness is and how to use it, who uses it and it's usefulness and seems to cover all the areas so you can be better equipped. I found it very interesting and informative. The narrator did an excellent job with this audiobook (I was given a copy of this audiobook, at my request, for free in exchange for an honest review, good or bad)
