Publisher's Summary

Do you often struggle to keep your relationship moving in the right direction? Do you feel completely disconnected from your partner or your spouse? Do you want to grow a deeper connection with your partner, but you do not know how?

If your answer to these questions is "Yes", you are definitely in the right place.

The biggest fact is that falling in love is easy, while keeping your relationship fresh, going in the right direction, and growing tend to be extremely difficult and challenging. Every relationship is supposed to run smoothly in the beginning, while issues emerge later on due to those challenging life events and circumstances we cannot control or change.

It is extremely hard to keep your relationship sustainable, to keep that spark alive when you are overly focused on finding solutions without first examining the roots of those emerging issues. This is exactly what mindfulness practices and techniques teach you, how to examine your own emotions and feelings in the present before you can examine your partner’s feelings and emotions. Practicing mindfulness in your relationship also means that you appreciate, value, and respect your partner for who he or she is, that you listen with the intent to understand, and finally, that you appreciate every single moment you two share.

Inside, you will discover:

  • The importance of relationship dynamics
  • What healthy and toxic relationship dynamics are
  • How emotions affect your relationship
  • How to examine your own and your partner’s emotions and feelings
  • The importance of building self-awareness
  • What being mindful in your relationship means
  • Understanding the power of the present moment
  • What the major benefits of mindfulness are
  • How embracing mindfulness can help you improve your relationship
  • Different mindfulness habits to help your relationship grow
  • And much, much more

Get this audiobook now, learn how to be mindful in your relationship, and finally grow a deeper connection with your partner!

Gotta have a paperback version of this.

The relationship that started on a strong note is now becoming a dull affair. I would have set myself up with a psychologist, but it’s so happen I came to search this. The audio book turned out be a very fine one and I’d like to have a hard bound copy of this.

More information on the Gottman line

An excellent explanation of the "bidding" description of relationships common thorugh the Patty Morgan work I have read. Good advice for couples/marriage includes significant information and advice for other relationships too.

It's keeping me well-informed.

Just recently broke up with my boyfriend and well, I don’t have any plans to get into a new relationship now. It’s just too soon. Plus, I want to make sure I will be mature enough to handle it now. This one’s educating me well. Mighty thanks!
