I'm satisfied to listen to this book.

I loved this book. I bought it for a speech class I was teaching. The concepts she teaches are easy to remember, and an asset to teach communication. The only thing I didn't like it was a little too middle class in the examples and "touchy, freely" for my class of urban core youth.
