Weight Loss Affirmations are awesome

This is a re-usable book. I pay the affirmations every morning. It reminds me to stay away from junk food and other bad habits.

Losing weight is not difficult

It’s all about mindset and habits. This book teach you how to trick your mind and be successful. Highly recommend for both men and women.
Hypnosis section is my favorite. Lovely ocean wave background sounds. Love it.

Worthy investment for audible credits

This 3-hour book is something worth spending your monthly audible credits. There are so many weight loss books and so many hypnosis books. This book have both.
It would have been awesome if there is some details on recipes.

Didn't lose any weight, but shift my mindset

I wakeup with positivity, gives me strength to stay away from bad habits, which is the number one reason I gained pounds. No matter how hard I tried in the gym, didn’t loose that many pounds. I think this book made big difference in my lifestyle, not only to lose weight.

Relaxing and easy way to help you lose weight fast

Loving this so much each night and wakeup with positive feeling. I don't seem to be craving junky food and not get hungry too much. Also hitting the gym harder and also improving my knowledge on healthy living. This book helped me to sleep well. I look forward to trying out more hypnosis books like this one in the future.

My new favorite hypnosis audiobook on audible

I listen to few different audiobooks everyday to boost my health, happiness, confidence and career. Audiobooks are one of most beautiful ways of enhancing willpower.

This book is well written and narrated with smooth background music. This book haven’t helped me to loose single pond yet, but it gives me toughness and stamina to do it.

Puts me to sleep with positive thoughts

Not sure about how much this book helped me to lose weight. But I am bit Brain washed by the hypnosis. It sure puts me to sleep! I am not sure what is on the whole book because it put me to sleep in few minutes. Most important thing is, I wake up with positive mindset and harmony. This awesome feeling in the morning helps me to be productive whole day. Hypnosis section contain some self-love affirmations such as ‘I love my self’ , ‘I am at peace’….etc.

Helped to get rid of certain bad eating patterns

Listening to hypnosis for few days change in the way I thought about food and eating habits. I used to obsess about what I was going to eat what and when. Now I plan my meals and not constantly thinking about eating.

I'm still hitting the gym and dieting, but I like how this book helped turned my thought patterns from bad eating habits to positive healthy habits.
