I was really amaze cause this book

This is a helpful book and interesting.I was really amaze cause this book is an ultimate beginners guide.The author is clear and explains the concepts very well.I highly recommend this book to all of you guys. I love that each chapter is relatable, clear, and to the point. The price is unbeatable. Learned so much in under an hour! I can’t wait to see if the info learned was worth it!

It can really be helpful in relieving stress

A very great audio book to listen. It can really be helpful in relieving stress and anxiety. I am a believer of yoga,meditation and mindfulness since from the beginning! The author provides step-by-step instructions on how to do various types of meditation. He also gives a bit of history of mindfulness.

A good resource for those working through anxiety

Like many self help books this book give a series of different approaches to overcome anxiety or stress. However, unlike other books this one addresses anxiety and stress from a mindful perspective. Definitely a good resource for those working through conquering anxiety!

There are lot of techniques to follow

Recommendations online lead me to this book. To be honest when i first got it I found the first 30 mins slightly dissapointing but after that it got to some pretty unique points of view which, as other people have stated, were easy to follow!
