This book helps you to create a training routine suitable for you based on body weight. However, it does not promise you to do it in a matter of days.

They were featured on a leadership podcast, that's where I first heard about it.

Excellent book. I love this book. This book totally great. This book had a lot of good points and great information. I thought it was well worth my time. I highly recommend this book.

Very good, suggest you All.

This book is a great listen. I have bought several copies for the runners in the family. Inspiring motivating, and something you want to come back to again and again. Great read. Motivating. Flows easy to keep you interested. Feeling extra motivated as I type this. I would recommend this.

Basic but good.

Actually, the book was recommended by one of my former athletes, a state champion. I listen hers and purchased one of my own to use for athlete motivation so I could flag and highlight in it. I bought the most recent copy to pass along to one of my current athletes who has found it very helpful; four state medals in two years. She is sharing it with one of her teammates and friends.

LIFE CHANGER.

This book deserved every star. It was well written, clear and concise. The inclusion of gold medalist perspective as well as encouraging the reader to apply different developing skills makes it a must listen for athletes everywhere.
