Publisher's summary

But what happens after the wedding?

The last few months of Mia Harrington’s life have been tumultuous, to say the least. Losing her father, the bombshell in his will, followed by her multiple whirlwind romances and subsequent marriage - it’s little wonder she’s so thrilled to be spending three weeks in a tropical paradise with her four men. Rest, relaxation and a hefty dose of fun is precisely what they all need.

But the unconventional honeymoon isn’t all sea, sun, sand, and scorching sex. Back home in England, they have careers, responsibilities, other things that take up their time. Being in each other’s pockets on a tiny island is a challenge - but is it one they can rise to? Will this make or break their relationships? And when being away from it all gives them time to think, what impact will that have on the decisions they make about their futures?

Mia’s Choice is the third book in The Heiress’s Harem reverse harem romance series.

Third in the series

I really enjoyed this entire series. I always like a good ending. It helped that I also liked all of Mia's men. Personally I liked her best with Tom! :) The narrator did a great job as well. I really liked her voice. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

I love a satisfactory ending

All throughout this series, I did not care for Mia's character. However, Lucy is such a great writer, I was able to get past my dislike of this character.

Having said that, I loved the way this story was wrapped up. I liked how Mia tried to make sure she connected with each of her men and they were all able to come to a happy medium in the end.

I cannot say that I really warmed up to Mia's character. I didn't really feel any emotion from her and felt like her character could have been a little bit warmer. But that's just me. I could be biased by past experiences with British women. I love RH and felt like this was a good series. I look forward to reading more from Lucy and can't wait to read another of her books.

Yum

This book in the series starts off with Mia and ALL her men on a three week honeymoon. It seems so perfect and everyone so happy. Wish this could be my life! Lots of sexy times (except it's always one on one) with each of her guys. Loved how this book shows everyone growing together and forming a deeper bond. They make their own family and work together. Definitely HEA and loving it! Received this audiobook by my request in exchange for an honest review from Audiobook Boom.

The final conclusion to Mia’s story

Mia is married and traveling with her loves to a secluded island honeymoon with all of her men. However living together helps them see the cracks in their relationships and helps them figure out how to move forward. Mia continues to deal with the ramifications of this unconventional relationship. I’m sorry to see the end of this series. As always Poppy does an amazing job with the narration. This was my first series listening to her and I look forward to listening to more of the books she has narrated.

Great ending to a lovely series

I'm so glad I got to finish the series and the ending was just as well done as the rest of the books. Mia and her harem figure out how to make it all work together as a fivesome and live their lives as a big happy harem. The narrator does a great job as she did in the other two. Please listen to the first two before this one as the story will flow so much better.

Great Ending

Mia's Choice picks up right where Mia's Wedding leaves off. We get to know the men better and we finally get to see their dynamic as a group throughout the honeymoon. Since the men all have separate lives and have different fields of work, it is interesting to see how they go about bringing their lives closer and how they share Mia. I do think that things were almost too perfect between the men and that there could have been more juicy conflict between Mia and the men. Overall, the author did a great job on this series and wrapped everything up nicely in this last book.

The narrator did a great job in this performance just as she did with the other books in the series. I really think that she was an excellent fit for this series. She does use/have an accent all throughout the series, but it is clear and I feel like it gives us a better feel for Mia as a character.

Honeymoon and beyond

Mia and Elias are married now, and they go on a beautiful island honeymoon. The other men who love Mia go with them. At this point, I will admit I would not be disappointed in some group sex, however, that isn't how Mia rolls. All her interactions here are one on one, though she does try to give her guys each the attention they deserve.
Mia gets offended by a joke and makes all the men feel guilty early on, but she tries to loosen up through most of the book. I have liked all the men since the beginning, but I will say that I think Elias has experienced the most personal growth of all the characters. Thomas is still wonderful and patient, and he is able to stand up to Mia more than the others. Alex is adorable and fun, and Arjun becomes more than just the add-on I was worried he might be.
Mia's story, told over three books, has been interesting. I've fallen for the men probably more than Mia has, as they are written as wonderful, caring, and not at all jealous of each other. There are times I wonder why they love Mia as much as they do. Even with the story being told from her point of view, Mia is sometimes a bit too harsh or a bit too controlling. Fortunately, she seems to be much more loving and relaxed by the end of this story. I can possibly even imagine this new family she's created lasting a long time.
The narrator again performs well here. She handles the different voices and dialects well.
