Obviously fake reviews... don't fall for it.

The first ever book I am going to return in 3 years using Audible... I should have seen the warning signs that the book was released just 10 days ago and has almost all 5 star reviews.

It makes no sense that there could be this many good reviews, as I couldn't even get past the fourth chapter. There were so many mistakes in grammar, run-on sentences, and words that just didn't make any sense... and the performance was monotonous, and exceptionally dry and boring. It reads like someone stole a dissertation from a student, had it narrated, and stuck it on Audible, then set to work creating fake reviews.

Full of usable insight on Mental Toughness.

Full of usable insight to tackle life head to overcome challenges by using this audiobook. This audiobook had so many take always. I’ve used the breathing techniques a lot in my training since listening about them here.

Mental Toughness is right on for a better you.

I have a lifetime struggle with personal change / improvement. I struggled with a hugely dysfunctional family and Asperger's syndrome (high functioning autism). I made progress over the years but came to a point where I needed a personal mentor. I found a mentor in the material presented by Marcel Baumann in Mental Toughness. By career I'm an engineer and strongly lean toward hard laws and proven facts. I found the insights and direction for improvement in UM right on and proven.

Highly recommend very inspirational, guaranteed to change your life. I was a sheep now I am a hardcore sheepdog after listening this audiobook. Will listen again before passing it on to friends.

This was a fantastic listen that helps you in understanding the mental toughness needed to achieve difficult tasks. This audiobook was not an advertisement or self promotion for other products. The book stands alone in making you a better person and better leader for all of life's challenges.

Found excellent information

After listening to this book and found excellent information I favored this book. I learned things about myself and how to feel much improved and more grounded in some problematic situations. This is a bewildering book with some better methodologies for thinking. The essayist gives a phenomenal framework for structure up your mind. It's an update that you can accept accountability for your cerebrum and life yet just in case you are enthusiastic enough.
