A very good book.I have learned to interest information about mental toughness. Well written about how I can achieve and improve my mental toughness, the benefits of having mental toughness, characteristics of a person who has mental toughness. It was interesting to read and get this knowledge. Perhaps they have an illness or they are weak and don’t offer anything to the group, or have different beliefs and threaten to lead the group differently from tradition, etc. Therefore, it’s time for you to sit down and grasp what it is that makes you, you. I highly recommend keeping a journal and writing down how everything we talk about in this book applies to your own life and your goals. Thanks, authors.

Boring

I would not recommend. It sounds like you are listening to a manual. Do this, next do that... the book provides you instructions. And too many. It's not engaging enough to help you build your mental toughness.
