Fantastic

This book was a pleasant surprise. I've listened to many books on entrepreneurship and ways to improve your mindset but most of the new ones are a bit more marketing than actual resourceful, this one on the other hand is quite useful and full of models that I can actually use and improve my way of thinking. The narrator's voice is pleasant and manages to captivate you. I believe that in order to remember all the models and be able to actually apply them you'll need to listen the book at least twice or also get the ebook/hard cover to be able to adnotate and bookmark ideas that you want to implement in the near future.

This book is great if you need help in deciding what to prioritize and also how to prioritize. Finding the difference between "urgent" and "important" is one of the first examples mentioned. I also liked the visual assistance such as the use of the Eisenhower matrix. This made it super easy and can be applied on most day to day work and delegations. I would recommend for anyone that is a self starter or is seeking tips on becoming a self starter.

Whether you're new to cognitive biases or you've

Whether you're new to cognitive biases or you've already read a bunch of books on this topic, this book is worth a read. It's a short and to the point book about various biases everyone has, quick examples of each bias, and actions we can take to avoid said biases. It can work as a solid introduction into the field or a reminder of biases we should be trying to avoid. It wasn't my first book on the topic, but I learned about a couple of new biases I had not heard about before
