Publisher's Summary

Men are not stupid. They are not all the same. But some of their basic needs are simple, and when you hear my explanation of these three categories, you will understand why. Men basically care about three things: food, fighting, and f...I don’t want to swear, but the words "make love" don’t start with an "F", so I’m going to call the third need the "female" in their lives.

What does this mean? Some men don’t like to fight, do they? And are men really all that hung up on food and sex? Well, it’s a little more complicated than that, but the roots are definitely just that: Food and sex are really important, and in this audiobook, I will tell you why and how that expresses itself. Moreover, I will give you tips to play into these needs and make your wife happy, or if you are a male listener, to understand yourself better.

Not all men literally fight, but pretty much every man wants to "fight for something". They try to achieve career success, defend or protect something, and destroy something that’s evil in their minds. A dominant hormone in men is testosterone, which expresses itself in both aggression and sex drive. This hormone dominates a lot of their thinking.

In this audiobook, I will explain more why men do what they do, what they really want, why sometimes they don’t feel like doing something, and how you can influence them positively to do things. I will also reveal more about what triggers their sense of self, their identity, and self-confidence, and basically anything there is to know about men’s desires in general.

Are you intrigued yet? Then listen to this short audiobook and become more familiar with the man’s brain.

Awesome

Finally someone who says it all. So many people are too shy to say it: Men want to compete, they want good careers or to be good a sports, some talent, or just watch fighting stuff on TV or in movies, or play them in video games. Men are soldiers. Men are very sexually driven. Men love good food. Yep, all true. When there is something wrong, it's usually because of one of those aspects in their lives is lacking. I love how plain and straightforward the author is. It's definitely a man who wrote this.

Whoa!

Whoa! This book says so much about things nobody likes to openly talk about! The elephant in the room is brought up. And no, I'm not a man, but I do understand where the author is coming from. I recognize a lot of the signs in my own marriage. Men actually really just want three things.

I don't feel you will have to keep looking. This audio book mentions everything. The very best parts of this book (I forgot which chapters) suggested the most to me. When I heard these things, I immediately understood I had made the best option. This book spoke with me. The pronunciation of the words in this audio book was fantastic, in addition to all the information contained in it. Based on that, I am actually glad that I purchased the book. It was worth my time.

Loved it

Never before has our personality as men been so well explained. I liked the third chapter. That was my favorite. I also think that a lot of women underestimate how easily they can move us to do things if only they were to seduce us a little bit, even the women who think they are fat. Good husbands don't care. Well, they might prefer a magazine model body, but they won't care that much. They'll love their wives no matter what.

I recognized myself

I certainly recognized a lot of the general traits of men, and the things we want. I loved this book. Finally someone who explains it to women.

I recognized myself in there

This is so true! Yes, I love good food. That's all I care about on a vacation. That and the weather and sex with my wife. And yes, either in sports, video games, or career, there is always some kind of fight. Men want to be heroes. I love video games. They make me feel like a hero. And no, I'm not a kid. Grown men play those things. It doesn't make you a child. Very good summary of a man's brain. So many people make it more complicated than it needs to be. A man just wants to eat good stuff, win the fight, conquer, have success, and make love to the love of his life. It's just that. Ladies, get with the program, please.

Funny and true

I am not a guy, but I understand what they mean in this guide. It's a message to men and women, to either embrace their nature and use it in positive ways, or to try to understand your man better. I think the "Fight" chapter was well explained: It results in all kinds of things, but there is always some competition or war going on in a man's mind. The sexual part may be offensive to some women if they don't try to understand what the anonymous author is trying to say, but if you read between the lines, it doesn't make men perverts. It just makes them very interested in us, in a particular way. And if they have a good heart, they won't abuse that. I loved this book. A lot of information in only an hour.
