Loved it.

Rose and Kane together are so freaking hot. I really enjoyed the thought processing of this book. Rose trying to talk herself out of her feelings for Kane until Kane tells her she feels it too. #AudiobookObsessionReviewer

Wonderful narration of Ms. Essex's amazing vampire novellas. I really enjoyed this audiobook. Ms. Devereux does a tremendous job.

love all of her books so far! the only thing i didn't like about this one was the cliff hanger ending... i can't wait for the next one! also i really hope they get the same reader cause she is really good!

Wemen?

I love Ms. Essex’s writing and beautiful stories. I’m a ginormous fan. That being said, the narrators for her books are usually more.... “energetic”. I don’t know, this one didn’t do it for me. Just my opinion.

Cliffhanger ending BEWARE

Sensual and dark this has a classic romance feel to it. Very breathy and oozes sensuality like nothing I've ever read before...wow is it hot in here? I mean geez I was falling in love with Kane too. This has an old school romance style to it so if your not use to the long breathy scenes of sensuality and attraction then this might be hard to listen through and you will get grumpy at the end because this is only part of the story...ehhh I need the next installment right now! I hate cliffhangers. This author really surprised me I usually have mixed feelings about her other works but this was " brick to my face for doubting" magnificently done. No regrets!

where's volume 2&3???

I've really been enjoying this author and how witty she is with humor in her books and capturing sensuality but why isn't volume 2 and 3 available for purchase? Now in on pins and needles when I can find time to read.

Sensual, edgy, but a bit tedious.

The sensuality in this book was perfect. Just the right amount of build up, at times I was on the edge of my seat like come on already! Only to be led up and built up in another direction. Some of the descriptives were a bit tedious. However, the book overall had some great twists and turns that I didn’t expect. It was a no brainer to continue on with the next set!

Good with a few issues....

The story was interesting and the Narrator did a decent job. A few things stood out to me though. The main character goes off on inner tangents excessively. Almost to where it makes her stupid. It got slightly annoying. The other small thing was with the recording. It got softer and then louder and back repeatedly (throughout the whole series). Didn't ruin it but Noticeable.

Great storyline

Great storyline but I don't favor the voice actress who does this audio book. I just think she could have done a better job.

This book was not one of my favorites. The Narrator did a good job though, I will look into more books narrated by her. The story was hard to get through and the ending just sucked. If you try this book and enjoy it make sure you have book 4-6 because there is a HUGE cliffhanger at the end of this book.
