I really enjoyed this book

I really enjoyed this book. It was the first that I've read that gave me a thourough understanding of the Mediterranean diet. I had no idea how to start, and this book really helped! The recipes are tasty and simple to make.

This is a huge book.

This is a huge book. It has about everything you could possibly want to know about the Mediterranean Diet. I have been on this diet for about two months and I have lost 16 pounds - mostly because I no longer eat ice cream. Now the idea of sweets is just not appealing and my eating choices are far more healthy. This is a very informative book.

This book is great

This book is great for a beginner to Mediterranean Diet. It has the necessary charts for fresh and frozen foods. The recipes are really good and directions are easy to follow. Plus, there are a lot of tips on how to use your Mediterranean Diet. The recipe for the English Muffin Tuna Sandwich is out of this world! It is ready in less than 6 minutes and is absolutely delicious. Necessary to me! Awesome

Well explained

This book told me in detail about the diet, the history of its occurrence, its differences from the other diet and its benefits. A large list of recipes adapted for instant pot. All recipes for nutritional composition fully comply with the diet. Most of all I liked the dishes from chicken, seafood and vegetarian dishes. Great to listen! Well explained

Great meal planning ideas and great receipes to follow. The book explains the mediterrean lifestyle thoroughly. A must have book for a person just starting to do a life style change in their diet.

Grand enjoyment.

Grand enjoyment and experience from listening.Well done first of all! This is an excellent book. Most of the recipes are easy to prepare and very tasty. I especially liked the fish and seafood recipes. There are a lot of pasta dishes which if for people like me, you cannot eat freely, you can still enjoy all these dishes by using alternative noodles. Mediterranean Diet book - perfect book. I especially liked the first chapter which spells out how to put the meals together. I want to say thank you! I enjoyed listening to this book.

This book is a great resource filled with recipes for any one from the novice to the expert cook. I love how it is based on her background and childhood experiences, and that she is registered dietitian! Mediterranean diet is a great way for any one to develop a healthy lifestyle which is the key to living a long healthy life. Forget those fad unrealistic diets and try this book- you won't be sorry! This is an easy to listen guide

This is an easy to listen guide on the Mediterranean diet. A great choice for someone looking to start eating this way! Information on the internet and other books can be overwhelming but I found this book to break things down nicely. The book includes a sample grocery list, sample meal plan, and many recipes for all meals. Like I said, it's a wonderful resource for those looking to make this lifestyle change!

So many of the recipes in this book look awesome, and very few have super weird ingredients. The ones that do offer readily available alternatives. Some good technique information as well.

Mediterranean Diet Great great ! This is a very practical, very easy to follow book and recipes with all the ingredients very clearly marked. I loved it and am looking forward to making several of the recipes that I listen about. It also gives a good explanation of what the Mediterranean Diet is and why it is good for you. If you are looking for a easy to use book to explain the diet this is it. Also, offers several recipes that are easy and delicious.

This Mediterranean Diet works extremely quick! This is a huge cookbook

This is a huge cookbook! I love that this book is focused on healthy recipes. Many of the recipes fall into the weeknight dinner category, which is helpful because of the short prep time. Everything I've made from this cookbook has been true to the Mediterranean diet, and delicious. I love the menu plans as well! Nice!
