These are all perfect for people who like to meal prep. A lot of the recipes make quite a bit of servings so it was perfect for me! This is an awesome book especially for the value!!MY NEW MEAL PREP PAL! I LOVE IT!

The recipes in this book

Pasta with peas appeared to be a good combination of perfectly fit the Mediterranean diet pasta and protein and energy charged peas.Mediterranean diet doesn’t forbid but only recommends consuming certain foods. The recipes in this book are written with the focus on cheese, fish, beans and vegetables intake.
