Intriguing diet.

The sample shopping list is a brilliant one, I must say! Shopping for groceries is one thing I am not fond of. So, it is convenient for me. And, this audio guide did not ask me to stop eating this and that. Instead, it has suggested to make changes gradually. And I still get to eat the foods that I love, but with the right proportions and right time.

I just found the right book here!

This diet was based on the food habits of the people in the 1960s. And because I am aware of how healthy the people then, I am considering this diet now. Anyone won’t be so hard up with this as the book also contains recipes according to the rules of the said diet. This is one healthy audio piece!

The sample meal plan is cool!

Thanks for coming up with a sample meal plan that beginners can rely on. I heard that it can cure the dreaded diseases like diabetes and hypertension. My mom-in-law has them and I will be sharing this to her this weekend when I visit them.

I can listen to it for hours!

I believe I can easily adjust and survive this type of diet as it is more on consuming veggies which are my favorite. I like the book cover as it gives readers what the diet is all about. It took me more than 3 hours to listen to it, but it is all worth it!

easy to find ingredients


I like that suggestions are given on adding variety to given recipes. The tips for new cooks are easily understood and useable, especially ideas for sides to compliment the recipes. Preparation times vary for the recipes.
