This is the Must-Have Mediterranean Diet Cookbook.

I found the Mediterranean Diet for Beginners: The Complete Guide, perfect for getting started on my diet. My doctor suggested this. The recipes are not too complex, great for the average person wanting to make a change. The recipes are very good. I love this cookbook. My daughter-in-law copied some of my favorite recipes —so tasty and good for you. With so many of the market, it was hard to select. I bought two, but this one by far is my favorite. A+

Great Beginner Guide

This audiobook clearly outlines what the Mediterranean diet is and how to follow it. It also has a number of menus and interesting recipes. I would recommend it for anyone who, like me, would just like a brief outline to help me keep on track as I adopt the Mediterranean diet as my preferred lifestyle.

Very informative and well thought out.

I liked that it was easy listening. The author has some good suggestions as to how to start the diet. Then the audiobook takes you on a recipe journey. The recipes seem to be easy to make and definitely healthy.

Yummy and healthy

This was another gift for my chef brother. He had been on a clean eating kick and has thoroughly enjoyed the delicious recipes in this audiobook. He often sends me of his masterpieces and they do look delicious!

Terrific cookbook

Not really a diet per se - I bought this on the audio version, which really made me happy because it saved paper in addition to giving me access to Mediterranean recipes anytime my computer or iPhone was handy. Great recipes, easy to make with everyday foods. I highly recommend it. Lost 15 lbs in 4 weeks.

Good enough to eat

All the ingredients for healthy eating. Recipes look doable. All you need is motivation and a grocery list. Clearing the house of unhealthy foods may cause some anxiety to the clean your plate club, but it is necessary to be able to keep slip-ups to a minimum. Manga!

Excellent, easy to follow recipes!

This audiobook gave a great summary of the Mediterranean Diet and excellent recipes! We have been on this diet for 2 weeks and I've made at least half of the recipes. They have all been easy and very good. I highly recommend this audiobook if you are trying to learn more about the Mediterranean Diet lifestyle.

So Easy to Get Started on This Diet

I purchased this audio book so that my sister and I could decide if we wanted to try the Mediterranean Diet. The audio book is a quick listen, answered all our questions, and revealed the delicious food on this diet. We have been using this as a guide for the past 11 weeks and have an average loss of 10 pounds! And the food is amazing. I know that not every diet is for everyone, but this one is perfect for us. Lots of fresh vegetables, fruits, and fish.

Great starter audio book

People who are complaining about the amount of content didn’t listen the title. This is a great beginners audio book. The recipes are easy and yummy. It was a great audio book for 9 bucks. It also gave a lot of information in the beginning and 7 daily meal plans.

A Good audio book

I love this audio book! It’s like a good audio book you can’t put down! I need structure in my life and this audio book does that! Or well for my eating habits at least! The recipes are of food you have heard of and can get from a local grocery store. I wish it had more recipes! But I love the break down! Don’t Judge Me!

This is a great place to begin the Mediterranean diet if you are not used to some of the Mediterranean foods. It is a very basic beginners manual with lots of helpful tips, a seven day diet laid out for you, and 40 easy recipes that look pretty tasty.
